Fed One is a full service General Contractor and Real Estate Developer serving the business community since 1993. Our solid reputation is built on our ability to consistently deliver high quality construction within budget, and on schedule. Fed One principals formed the company to meet the market demand for construction of commercial, industrial, and retail projects. Over the last 20 years, Fed One has constructed nearly 13 million square feet of industrial space. We specialize in large manufacturing facilities, and big box warehouses.

Fed One’s staff consists of individuals having a well-rounded knowledge of the design and construction industry. Each project is assigned a project manager, and one or more on-site supervisors, all of whom are involved in every phase of the construction process. Our supervisors are backed by a team of professional designers, estimators, and engineers, assuring every phase of the project goes smoothly. Our staff is extremely knowledgeable with all aspects of the construction process from final design, permitting, site preparation, and construction of the project.
