This building is a 520′ x 1,450′ pre-cast concrete and pre-engineered steel structure with a metal standing seam roof. The building was constructed as a spec building for Cabot Properties. The building was designed as a crossdock facility. Once a tenant was secured, Fed One completed the tenant improvements as well as assisted the tenant in obtaining racking permits.
